Intermediate to Expert.
Prerequisites
Must hold a hairdressing CAP (vocational certificate).
Group Size
Minimum 8 participants — Maximum 11 participants.

Day 1
Monday, March 9, 2026
- Trainer presentation: background & experience
- Trainee presentations: expectations gathering, discussion of experience level
- Program presentation: validation of understanding of the 2-day program
- Learn to perform a hair diagnosis and use key questions
- Know how to create a diagnostic sheet to define and explain appropriate hair treatments
- Know how to validate the service proposal and create an environment of relaxation
- How to apply hair treatments with the correct technique
- Demonstrations and application of techniques with associated products
- Hair drying and styling
- Role-playing application
- Various hair care techniques demonstrated by the trainer
- Trainer follow-up at each stage of the process
Day 2
Tuesday, March 10, 2026
- Diagnosis then application technique
- Theory on the benefits of products used (oils, etc.)
- Role-playing application by group
- Work on fluidity and efficiency of movements
- Trainer follow-up at each stage of the process
- Roundtable discussion
- Validation of understanding of content for the group
- End of training debriefing
- Issuance of a Certificate

Evaluation of acquired knowledge at the end of the training with a 5-minute individual interview between trainer and trainee.
Trainee Satisfaction
Satisfaction survey in the form of an MCQ for participants. Immediate questionnaire.
Certificate
Issuance of a training completion certificate and a diploma.
Follow-up at M+6
Collection of the effective implementation of acquired knowledge at M+6 via email.
