Article 1 – Organizer and Game Platform
The game is organized by Gouiran Beauté, with its registered office located at 71 Rue
Mehdi Ben Barka 34070 Montpellier, France.
The game takes place exclusively online, via the website https://www.gouiran-
beaute.com, and is accessible to any participant with internet access.

Article 2 – Participation
Participation is free and open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan
France. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any incomplete, fraudulent, or multiple
entries will be automatically canceled.

Article 3 – How to Participate
To participate:
1. Fill out the form available on the website.
2. Be subscribed to the @gouiran_beaute Instagram account.
3. Validate your participation before December 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Article 4 – Prize
The prize to be won is a lot valued at €1000, composed of products and
accessories carefully selected for their quality and utility. It includes, notably:
- The Steampod 4 L’Oréal Professionnel – the iconic tool that transforms hair
routines
- A Panasonic hair clipper
- Products from the Lancôme brand
- Beautélive favorites
- Cult Korean skincare: Biodence & COSRX
… and many other surprises to delight you.
The prize is awarded as a single unit. It is non-exchangeable, non-refundable,
and cannot be converted into cash.

Article 5 – Winner Selection
The draw will take place on December 22, 2025. The winner will be contacted by
email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a
new draw will be conducted.

Article 6 – Liability
Gouiran Beauté cannot be held responsible for any technical problem preventing
participation in the game, nor for incidents related to the use of the products
offered.

Article 7 – Personal Data Protection
The information collected is intended for the organization of the game and for
Gouiran Beauté's communication. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act
and the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their
data by contacting: service_clients@gouiran.com

Article 8 – Acceptance of Regulations
Participation in the 2025 Grand Christmas Game implies full and complete
acceptance of these regulations.
By validating the participation form, the participant acknowledges having read
and accepted all the game conditions.

Article 9 – Disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these regulations will be
subject to French law.
