This competition is organized by Gouiran Beauty, whose head office is located at 71 Rue Mehdi Ben Barka, 34070 Montpellier.

The game takes place exclusively online, via the website:

It is accessible to anyone with Internet access.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

The game is open to any adult individual residing in mainland France.

Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) is permitted.

Any incomplete, fraudulent or multiple entries will be automatically voided.

Article 3 – Conditions of participation

To participate in the game, the participant must:

• Complete the participation form available on the dedicated page
  
• Validate your participation via the form
  

Any incomplete participation cannot be taken into account.

Article 4 – Endowment

The winner will receive a hair beauty routine composed of 3 products adapted to their hair type.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or given in cash.

Article 5 – Designation of the winner

A random draw is carried out once a month from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration.

If there is no response within 7 days, a new draw may be made.

Article 6 – Liability

Gouiran Beauté cannot be held responsible for:

• In the event of a technical malfunction preventing participation in the game
  
• In case of loss or non-receipt of the notification email
  
• Incidents related to the use of the products offered

Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these regulations.

By validating the participation form, the participant acknowledges having read the rules and accept all the conditions.

These regulations are subject to French legislation.

Any dispute relating to its interpretation or application will be decided in accordance with French law.
