Step 1: Gather the necessary materials. For this manicure, you will need: a nail file, a white sanding block, manicure sticks, an emollient cuticle remover, a 1 Polish polish, a manicure lamp, and finally, soakers if desired.

Step 2: The first step of any manicure is to file your nails to give them the desired shape: round, almond, square, or stiletto, it's up to you to choose!

Step 3: Take your white block to lightly buff your nail to obtain a perfectly smooth working surface.

Step 4: Apply your emollient cuticle remover to your cuticles, then massage. This will help it penetrate and soften the skin so you can easily push them back.

Step 5: With your manicure stick, gently push back your cuticles to have perfect nails when applying the polish.

Step 6: Degrease your nails with a cotton pad soaked in cleaner to remove any greasy or sticky residue that could hinder the application or hold of the polish.

Step 7: Apply your primer or bonder, avoiding the cuticles and skin. Apply it in small quantities and let it dry.

Step 8: It's now time to get to the heart of the matter, applying the 1 Polish polish. Apply it in a thin layer, without touching the cuticles or skin. Then, remember to cap the free edge of the nail for better polish adhesion.

Step 9: Then cure the 1 Polish polish under your manicure lamp. If you use a UV lamp, allow 120 seconds, and if you use a LED lamp, 90 seconds will be enough to cure the product.

And there you have it!

You are now ready for 2 weeks of peace of mind with a perfect manicure! To remove 1 Polish, the process is the same as for a classic gel polish.
