Return Policy
All products sold on gouiran-beaute.com are covered by a "satisfied or refunded" clause for 14 days from the delivery date.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us in writing via the attached form of your wish to withdraw, without having to provide a reason for your decision. A new period of 14 days then opens during which the product must be returned to us.
If the period is longer than 14 days and less than 45 days, Gouiran will offer a credit note equal to the purchase price of the product, which can only be used on the website gouiron-beaute.shop.
After 45 days, Gouiran will not issue any compensation, refund, or exchange.

For items under 20kg and excluding furniture, free return to a Gouiran store is now possible. The purchase invoice is mandatory and will be requested when handing over the package. In the case of a refund, the store will keep the merchandise and the refund will be made by Gouiran headquarters using the same payment method as the initial order payment.
This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the delivered products have obviously been used for an extended period (beyond a few minutes). Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition (not damaged, spoiled, or dirtied by the customer) and accompanied by any accessories.
To identify yourself, the return slip below must be attached to your package, duly completed.
The return of all ordered products or services will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, limited to the standard shipping costs for delivery charges.
The refund to the customer's bank will be made within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
If you paid by credit card on our website gouiron-beaute.shop, your account will be directly credited with the amount equal to your refund. If you paid for your order by bank transfer, you must imperatively attach a Bank Account Details statement by email to contact@gouiran.com to proceed with the refund.
In all cases, an email will notify you of the product refund.
In case of a defective product: to initiate a product return procedure, contact our customer service by email at contact@gouiran.com, clearly stating your order number, full name, and the reason for returning your product. In case of a broken or damaged product, please send us a photo by email to initiate the procedure.
Our service will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.
In most cases, our customer service will send you a pre-paid return label to receive your product and send it to After-Sales Service.
You can track the status of your returns at any time from your customer account "my returns".
